CEO & Founder

Greetings and thank you for giving me a moment of your time.  It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself to you.  

A native of Florida, I was first introduced to cotillions when I was blessed with the opportunity to be a 1991 Debutante sponsored by the Brevard County Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.   The experience gave me exposure to working in the community as a team, taught me proper etiquette,  and how to set and reach goals.  It was over 17 years ago and I still remember the fun and lessons taught.

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Social-Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Colorado State University-Pueblo.  Currently, I am a last year graduate student of Argosy University's school of Professional Counseling receiving my Masters of Art degree in Community Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy.  I am also a court appointed child advocate for Dekalb County the owner of A Touch of Sa'Lique, LLC event planning and coordinating company.

As you can see education, community service and being an entrepreneur are very important to me.  I want to pass these values on to you as well. 

My vision for this foundation is to break the mold and give children of any economic, cultural or social status the opportunity to experience some of the finer things in life, while becoming self-aware and enhancing necessary areas of life.

Furthering our education is a must these days, but how many well deserving children are unable to attend because of cost?  More than we care to imagine.  In creating this foundation, I thought of my own struggles as an undergraduate. Having enough funds to cover needs seemed to always be the problem.

We at Angel'ic Touch Foundation want to touch as many college bound students within the Greater Atlanta area as we can.  We will keep in touch with the students that pass through our program to monitor their progress and as an additional support system.  I have learned that with faith and a strong support  base our youth's dreams, aspirations and goals can be obtained.

Our mission is to introduce courteous, focused, humble and equipped young ladies and men to society.   We want to encourage each participant to be unique, empowered and remember they will always find the strength within to:
